Clients who wish to use insurance benefits simply submit their card at the first appointment. The billing company checks client benefits to determine the copayment and deductibles as quoted by their insurance company. Claims are then submitted for your office visits and clients are charged only their copay or deductible as indicated by the insurance company.
Payment is accepted via credit card, check, cash, Venmo, ApplePay or Zelle.

Dr. Sara Brandt is eligible for benefits through various out-of-network plans as well.
For clients without insurance, Dr. Brandt offers a Sliding Fee Scale based on annual household income.
